Description

Kells knot belt buckle – 40mm. A pewter belt buckle with an embossed Kells knot design.

This buckle has a hinged bar for the belt to clip onto and the other end has a strong prong to push through the hole in the belt.

The Celts used knotwork to decorate many of their artifacts. To them, the intricate patterns woven into spirals and knots symbolise the continuity of life.
