solid bronze cross in a design said to be associated with King Arthur. On an 18″ gold plated trace chain.
This is a reproduction of the cross alleged to have been found on King Arthurs’ grave by the monks of Glastonbury Abbey in 1191 CE. The wording on the cross translates as “Here lies the famous King Arthur, buried in the isle of Avalon”. Several historic transcriptions of the cross exist and some say that it also mentions his 2nd wife Guinevere!
